This work is what I love to do; assist people in being more grounded, centered, relaxed and connected to spirit. This work is a form of channelling and meditation, and is totally intuitive and spontaneous in the moment. I pull from an enormous tool box, and allow for a genuine prayerful flow of spirit guidance. An embodiment session can be passive, totally receptive and surrendering ~ or it can be more interactive and energetic. I will use prayer within ritual space, meridian and chakra work, holding & guided meditation, breathwork, sound, toning, chanting, & movement. The goal of this work is deep energy release on a subconscious level and the re-alignment with your soul essence. I am interested in hearing what you want to receive, and will tailor the work to fit your intentions. In this work, healing comes through deep states of heightened awareness through meditation. You are the healer; I am simply a conduit for moving energies.
