Our essential nature is pure consciousness, and our mind & negative self talk cloud our connection to clarity. We perceive ourselves as broken and suffering because we are identifying with our limited selves and our thoughts, rather than our truth ~ which is pure conscious awareness. Through practicing Buddhist meditation techniques, we realize there is a distinct conscious awareness that observes the mind and its comings and goings, its ego-based self-talk, either positive or negative - ego inflating or deflating. When we realize there is a distinction between that pure intelligent awareness and our thoughts, and we identify with that conscious awareness, we are able to be integrated with our true nature, rather than the nature of our illusionary mind ~ our ego.

We create suffering for ourselves due to our unconsciousness, as we operate from a level of unawareness of our actions; consistently driven by unceasing desire that comes from a space of non-awareness. We create strife for ourselves & those around us, due to our lack of mindfulness. This friction energy of turmoil around us is due to our solipsistic relationship to reality. None of us will ever be perfect in the eyes of another person, thus it is crucial that we come to a state of self-love and contentment where we will be unaffected by others critical judgment and be centered in being at peace.

Peace and Happiness are the most important criteria for a life of sanity. Practicing tools of mindfulness, focused awareness, and identification with our authentic nature rather than attachments to our suffering & illusions, is the path towards being at peace within oneself. Most modern people don't know how to access or practice tools of mindfulness, focused awareness and meditation; thus my work is an offering of assistance towards guiding you in becoming more present, and releasing the self-identification with illusion and suffering.
