T A N T R I C   G U I D E D   M E D I T A T I O N

Most people in our culture think that tantra = sex, and I have a somewhat different opinion. My tantric practice is based in an experiential understanding of tantra being a path towards personal liberation, ecstatic medicine, and the full union with the divine source of creation. I feel that Tantric practice is a path that requires self-cultivation and self-mastery over the subtle energies of the body. As a Tantric bodyworker with five years practice, I have cultivated exquisite tools and can impart significant gifts to those who desire to receive them.
      The main tools that I use are focused on breathwork, heightening awareness and body-based attention; using sound, meditation, and the cultivation of working with arousal energies through internal alignment. Thereby "turning on" the spine ~ home of the nervous system (and "coincidentally", the sushumna, kundalini and chakras). My tantric guidance work will differ for men and women, but it boils down to heightened body-based awareness and learning simple tools for self-mastery over your sexual energy, rather than being a slave to it and yanked around on a chain by it. For those with issues of lack of intimacy & trust, lack of presence, and disconnection, I will explain Tantra conceptually. For those with issues of premature ejaculation, I can teach tools to stay in prolonged states of arousal, and heighten the ecstatic experience. This work does not include full body massage or explicit sexual contact, however it will be hands-on with light sensuality, in the practice of tantric meditation.
